In CA when you buy gas the nozzle has a piece on the end that catches vapors, but not in OR. So even though it wasn’t the first time I bought gas here, I got a couple of ozs of gasoline that gushed out of the naked nozzle when I stopped pumping. Lesson learned. Careful does it.
I went to a new place today. To buy a battery for my car fob. I’m pretty sure I confirm local drivers' opinions of people with CA plates as I careen around suddenly finding the exit or store I want. On the way there I passed Costco and a supermarket chain I need to try. Location noted. If I cancel my Amazon membership later maybe I’ll buy one for Costco. For fun.
