(no subject)
I put together the bookcase. It went pretty quickly but I’m glad I have a rechargeable screwdriver. Bzzzz and you’re done. The bookcase arrangement isn’t elegant but everything is off the floor and couch. Even some of the cook/bakery books are on the shelves and that table is cleared.
The previous owners left some curtains. Neatly folded in a drawer. There were two sets, actually. Some solid ones and also some net ones. Winter and Summer? But there were only three window covered with the solid ones. And, yet, a fourth window. So I looked around on the ‘net and found the exact ones. They’re for a kid’s room and they are sunshine yellow. I like color and I am grateful that they are not, ummm, beige. Color! But I don’t have an iron so my contribution curtain looks rumpled.
I’ve decided to not buy anything from Amazon again. It helps that there are so many options here. Some I haven't even hit yet.
