So, let’s see…
I bought a dvd of 1776 because I always want to watch it on July 4th but I never have the channel or stream it’s on. Then I was thinking that every holiday probably has a movie you could watch as appropriate. Next is Labor Day and you could put on Picnic or Norma Rae. Or others.
Or even, use that 365 day meme and attach a movie to every odd commemoration day, like Lollipop Day (if that exists) or Annual Muskat Day (they should have one). It’d be a big job but rewarding.
I also bought a cd of the Monkee’s Greatest Hits because I have about 3 or 4 of their songs in my head at any given time. Hey! Hey! It’s the Monkees.
I baked bread even though it’s August in Hell. I got up early enough so that it was feasible to try and I did what had to be done. It was either that or get dressed and go to the store.
Speaking of weather, Yahoo weather says that it will be under 100F next week, for days. Practically a cold snap.
