A little bit of heaven.
Oh my god. Just made this french onion soup casserole. Holy crap, was it good. I will have to make a double batch next time. I did tweak the recipe a bit, because I can't not. I don't buy canned soups so I made a home made version of cream of mushroom soup. And I don't like swiss cheese so I used light cheddar and a bit of low fat mozzarella. So delicious. But I really need a pair of these.
