enchiLADAS!
hot steamy enchiladas! e made some tasty chile verde type pork the night before last, so last night, we took the leftover pork and added chipotle sauce and enchilada sauce (courtesy of Trader Joe's) and onions and jalapenos. It actually came out very sweet due to the enchilada sauce.
