Another mother at daycare described the exact moment when her daughter stopped hovering near her in public and began hiding in store clothing racks and running wildly away as "losing her invisible leash." It sounds like you really have your hands full!

I hope you figure out what is causing the anxiety, but reading your post, maybe it is your dear daughter, heehee.

What about Vit D? It really helps!

Thanks. I'm pretty sure the anxiety is related to prepping for my big art show + two year old + life uncertainty about where we will live next year. I kept taking the vitamins after the illness ended and it seems to be helping. I have low level anxiety that is usually managed and in remission, but times like this make it pop up and now that I'm older and wiser I kick into recognition and management phase as fast as I can before it spirals.

Yup. And I foolishly taught her that it was fun to walk in stores thinking it would be a more healthy habit. Hahahaha on me. :)

Just a thought.. going poop after a meal may help.. Usually that seems to get things going. Easy come, easy go. lol
