Not sure if you can read my terrible handwriting in my workout records here. Mostly a lot of walking but did some light lifting in the cab of the semi today while I’m waiting for my next trip. Over 3000 squeezes or reps on the gripper ma jigs at the lowest setting but it made my hands shake after for a bit lol. Lots of wrist curls too with 600 reps in about 30 mins doing 300 with 10lb dumb bells and 300 with 7lb dumb bells. Been drinking a lot of protein drinks. The two bags I bought for about $170 should last a couple months at least I hope! Feeling super charged today!!! Sundays and weekends are almost always slow but I’m “crossing my fingers” for something to move me out of this Arizona heat. 😅🚛💪

Using this stuff. 10 shakes into the first bag and only about a quarter way through it or so!!!
