Last weekend a bunch of loonies ran around Kelburn Mud Park hitting each other with (soft) sticks and generally trying to kill each other. Republicans vs. Monarchists, though there was some side-swapping to even the numbers (there were only two Republicans). My dancing shoes, they're so neglected. I miss Christchurch for its KAOS parties at safe, private venues. There's no shortage of places to dance here, but there is something about central Wellington that makes me uneasy on weekend nights.
