update on lush uk problem..

so i posted about my problem with lush uk here earlier.. and yesterday i finally received my packet, even though the order still says pending.
however, the shipping was NOT special just like i clicked! i wanted normal shipping and i got it. but i'm STILL charged for expensive shipping! i don't understand what is going on. i've sent out 5 emails and ( Read more... )

Call using skype w/ skype out. It's cheaper. Or hell, can't Google Voice do it too?

That's very strange because usually emailing is fine. Make sure you're sending it to orders@lush.co.uk - that's who I emailed because I had a similar situation. Sometimes if you go back a page or give it time to reload, it will switch back over to the more expensive option.

It's very strange. How long has it been since you emailed them? They're usually on the ball with it. And make sure you include your order number in the email. I don't know if they need it, but it couldn't hurt.

Try emailing from a different email address. I had the same problem and got a response almost right away after using a different email address.

i have also had no luck with the orders e-mail,in the end i had to call them, it's not so bad for me as i live in the UK,but yep no e-mail back from them at all.
If you can afford it i suggest calling them as they are very helpful on the phone
