update on lush uk problem..
so i posted about my problem with lush uk here earlier.. and yesterday i finally received my packet, even though the order still says pending.
however, the shipping was NOT special just like i clicked! i wanted normal shipping and i got it. but i'm STILL charged for expensive shipping! i don't understand what is going on. i've sent out 5 emails and they still haven't responded to any of them at all. please help me if you have any idea what to do. should i call my credit card company or something? they charged me the expensive option for no reason at all! and i didn't even click that! and on top of it all, they refuse to respond to any of my emails. i'm so stressed right now. thank you to anybody who can help.
