Well, so far this year the UK has had an earthquake, floods and gale-force winds. I personally am now preparing for the incoming plague of locusts. It's not panic-buying if it's done in the cold sense of the certainty of your own doom.
I have about 14 job applications I need to fill out, which is giving me computer guilt, hence my recent lack of appearence on LJ. I'm applying for Teaching Assistant Jobs in New York, where I plan to live next year. It's like pulling teeth.
Edit: Well, I just sent 11 job applications. Someone will have to want me enough to take me with only a phone interview, very little experiance and the bother of having to sponser my visa...
