You know what happens when you mix your fandoms too close to bedtime? You get weird dreams in which the Malfoys run NBS and the ramifications of this upon Studio 60. How did that show ever get cancelled? It's awesome.
Speaking of odd crossovers (ooh, good segue) I was reading a great one by
fourth_rose. A Harry Potter/Disc World/Twilight crossover called Dimness which you really should read. This lead me to read some of her other fic, which is great! So far I've read her WIP Not in the Hands of Boys which is set just after the end of Deathly Hallows and in which Harry is a great big lovable woobie and things begin to heal. I am a sucker for a re-building fic. I've also read Seven Days in June in which adult!Harry goes on holiday to Vienna and meets someone unexpected. It's way better than I just made it sound. Now I'm reading her fic From the Ashes which has got me sniffling so bad due to Harry's aforementioned woobie status that Dave must think I have an aweful cold. Or that I hate my job even more than I do.

white_stone. Since you love Simba so much (you twisted bestialator you) have this! And, on a similar note, does anyone around here love Skeletor or Strawberry Shortcake (the character, not the foodstuff)? Cos you should totally go read this.
Also, I now have to have children. I mean, I was planning to before, but now I have to. So that I can paint this on their bedroom wall. I like to think of it as positive brainwashing. And if they have another free wall than I'll paint this on it.
