You know what I took away from all of their scenes? THAT LUKE REALLY DID (AND STILL DOES) LOVE REID. And that he is still deeply grieving. Oh Luke. /hugs Luke forever
As for the kiss? I thought it was sweet, and it didn't bother me at all that it was a real kiss. It seemed natural to me.
And it really did feel like goodbye.
Unfortunately their scenes were also horribly short and unforgivably rushed. They had HISTORY and most of it got shoved out to make room for mooing!Janet.
Do you guys remember how we used to get so excited when they showed Memorial? Because there was a chance that Reid might stroll in for a minute? Today, all the scenes at the hospital just reminded me that he was gone. It was so empty without him, and it made me sad.
I REALLY MISS REID.
BUT THEN SASSY!NURSE CAME IN AND SHE MADE ME FEEL A LITLLE BETTER. Reid would've loved her.
OH! And Lucinda calling Reid "Luke's young man." ♥ And wishing she'd gotten to know him better. So do we, Lu. SO DO WE.
