~Fun Fic Friday~
TGIF! It's the day before the weekend, and what better way to close out a long week than with a fun dose of ficlets and drabbles of Luke, Reid, or Luke & Reid? Or how about some amazing icons or graphics of the guys? (Don't be fooled by the name - Fun (Graph)Fic Friday just didn't have the same ring to it.) Here's your chance

Reid rubbed his eyes. “I told you. I need to get back. And Lucinda’s gonna be all right so . . .”
“What if she gets worse? You also said that she could.”
“Yes, but that’s not going to happen. You all are here for her. As long as she’s cared for well, she will be okay.”
“But if she’s not, Reid? What if she needs you?”
“She has a good doctor and she has John and-”
Luke rushed toward Reid. “And me? What about me? What if I need you?”
“Luke.”
“Why’d you come, Reid?”
“Huh?”
“Why did you come to Chicago?”
“I-I came for Lucinda and your family.”
“And?”
“And for you, Luke,” Reid said. “I came for you.”
Luke placed his hands on Reid’s shoulders. “Then stay a little longer.” He leaned his forehead against Reid’s. “Let me stay a little longer.” He looked into Reid’s eyes and then pushed his lips onto Reid’s.
Reid pulled back immediately. “Luke, no.”
But Luke wasn’t taking no for an answer, not that night. He walked backwards until he reached the bed and sat down on it. He raised his arms high and looked expectantly at Reid.
Reid wanted to. He did. Ever since the train ride, where Luke had been fidgety and sticking his nails in his mouth (and where Reid had felt a twitch in his cock), Reid wanted to be with Luke. It’d been too long. Six and a half months. Too damn long.
Reid rushed forward and undressed Luke. They touched and grabbed and kissed. When Luke opened himself for Reid-coating himself with Reid’s hand lotion-Reid hesitated.
“We-we need something. I don’t have anything.”
Luke guided Reid into him. “I haven’t . . . with anyone.”
Things got rough. Then they were gentle. But they were together. That’s where Reid wanted to be.
Or so he thought. The memories came flooding back to him as he spilled inside Luke-Luke holding him in with his legs tightly wrapped around Reid’s back-and suddenly Reid knew this was a mistake. They’d hurt each other too much to simply forgive and forget in one night. Reid pulled out and fell back onto the bed.
Luke turned onto his side and softly touched Reid’s face. “Can I stay?”
Reid knew he shouldn’t say yes but he did.
Reid turned off the water and dried himself. He walked out of the bathroom and quietly began dressing as the morning sun peeked through the blinds. Luke stirred.
“Hey,” Luke said with a smile.
Reid buttoned his shirt.
“What time’s your flight?”
“Eight thirty,” Reid said, zipping up his overnight bag.
Luke walked to Reid. “I love when your hair’s wet.” He touched the curl at Reid’s neck and leaned forward to kiss Reid.
Reid pulled back. “What are you doing?”
“Uh, good morning?”
“I have to go, Luke.”
Luke stared at him.
“This was a mistake.”
Luke took a step backward. “What?”
“We shouldn’t have let this”-he pointed to the bed-“happen.”
“Don’t say that.”
“Luke.”
“You wanted it, Reid. You wanted it to happen. You did. And that’s why you did.”
“I don’t know what I was thinking,” Reid said.
“You were thinking about me,” Luke said, jabbing his finger into Reid’s arm. “You were thinking about us.”
“There is no us, Luke. Don’t you get that?”
“We live together, Reid. We-”
“As roommates, nothing more. Things aren’t going to be all right just because you and I . . .”
“Why are you being so cruel?”
“Me, cruel? Are you fucking kidding me? I’m not the one who tried to kick me out of my own house and claim that all our property and possessions were only his. I’m not the one who blamed me for everything and made everyone think I was at fault for all of it.”
“Reid, I was angry.”
“I still am.” He picked up the bag. “I have to go.”
“Just like that? Like last night never happened?”
“Last night never happened,” Reid said, walking to the door.
“That shower may have washed every trace of me off your body but your mind won’t let you forget. Your brain never forgets, isn’t that what you always say?”
Reid paused at the door. “Tell Ethan goodbye for me.” He opened the door and left.
“What happened?” Faith whispered as Luke walked into the room where Natalie and Ethan slept.
“Nothing,” Luke said curtly before entering the bathroom. He stepped into the shower and leaned his forehead against it. He covered his mouth with his hands and hoped neither of his siblings would hear his sobs.

I love how you write the angst my dear. Good job.

I think it was too angsty and almost didn't post but I'll fix it all soon.
Thank you!

Reid should try to fix this situation or move on.
This is hurting them both.
I hope he wants to try and talk things out.
Luke can do with being clear with his feelings instead of making Reid do his pleading.

They'll both try to figure things out soon.

I guess Luke has to grow up, he can't take back things he'd said with only one night of passion. He has to work for Reids forgiveness.
Banishing Reid from his house - or trying to do it - given Reid's un-admitted separation anxiety....hmmm.
I guess I've said it before, writing a multi-chap along with with the FFF prompts - it's ingeniuos!

Definitely Luke has to realize how serious their issues are and then figure out how to solve them. Reid was particularly hurt by almost being kicked out of the first real home he ever had (apart from the home he shared with his parents).
I've been trying to finish my other multi-chaptered fic but I enjoy writing these snippets too and developing a story along the way.
Thank you so much for reading!

And I like that we're still being kept in the dark with regards to what actually happened. But from what we know: ouch.
