Is there any interest in having people as prompts? Maybe have a prompt for LURE fics with Lucinda or Faith? Of course, it might be more limiting than general prompts.

You've done a great job with the prompts so far. It's fun to see how we all approach the same kernel of an idea so differently.

I'd love to see something with Luke, Ethan and Reid from after the "almost sex day," but before they got together. Maybe...Ethan hurt himself or gets sick during the night and Luke freaks out. He takes him to memorial and Reid is on-call so he has to look after not only Ethan, but calm Luke down too.

“You know what day’s coming up?” Reid asked as he dried the plate that Luke passed him.

They’d just finished dinner and were sharing dishwashing duty, as they often did, since neither liked to do this particular chore. They compromised by always washing dishes together.

“Hmm?” Luke murmured as he scrubbed another plate.

“Our fifth anniversary.”

Luke exaggeratedly pretended to drop the plate in the sink. He looked over at Reid with a sly grin. “Wow, you remember.”

Reid narrowed his eyes. “I always do.”

Luke bumped his left shoulder against Reid’s right and laughed. “I know, but I do enjoy teasing you.”

“Whatever,” Reid said, rinsing the plate under the faucet. “Anyway, since it’s been five long years since you roped me into this relationship, I ( ... )

Awww, this was adorable. I loved Luke teasing Reid, and then Reid surprising Luke with the idea of marriage. So sweet!

I love how Luke is rambling on and on the whole time Reid is trying to tell him something, and then when he's supposed to talk, all he can manage is:
Luke swallowed audibly. “I thought, um, I mean, we haven’t-you haven’t, uh, we’ve never talked about that. LOL

SWEET! I like when Reid has doubts. It's not fun for him but it's nice to read that he's vulnerable just like the rest of us. :)

I am totally irrational when it comes to Reid in pain!
So I almost died!
You captured it so well - the doubts, the try to dispel the doubts and finally the tears!

I picked "Elevator" because I LOVE freaking out Reid. (and sweaty! hee!)

And I don't have time tonight...too much real life, but can I link to an old fic about marriage?

Maybe I can whip up a short little ficlet tomorrow morning while my coffee is brewing. :)
