Why do you make a habit of slipping everything we do into public entries, veiled or not, Remus? You're an open book in a place where I'm not the only one who voraciously goes through libraries.

I'll make space in my schedule. As for names, alliteration seemed to work for Fred and George.

Adjustments?

Now-- if you're busy, Hermione, that's no problem. Take care of your priorities before considering me and my own scheduling.

On the naming business, I don't know that 'L' has a lot of respectable alliteration, although I'm sure Peeves could have given me a few points. And Remus never had a whole lot of charm coming off the tongue.

To my medication.

I'm always busy, Remus, but I'd planned on cutting back on hours at the library once your shop opened, you know that.

How about R, instead?

Could you elaborate? What type of adjustments? Why would you need adjustments to your medication?

You should consider a vacation. I feel you could use those once in a while, to recover.

What about a certain nickname?

private || unhackable

Haven't the slightest. Severus suggested I needed something additional for anxiety. I think that he's working on new potions and whatnot with that mind of his again, and really, in the position I'm in, who's to argue?

I'm sure it's for the best.

Suggesting that I need recovering, Remus?

No.

You're in every position to argue, and in fact I might, myself.

Yes, well, don't we all, Hermione?

Not even Moony?

My goodness, how am I in a position to argue with Severus? He's the living expert in this situation, as far as experts go in such a field.

Perhaps there's a threshold, but I'm far from crossing it.

Moony is perhaps the only acceptable one of the four. But even then? I don't know, it doesn't sit well with me. Who gave you that nickname? Sirius?

Just because one is an expert in the field certainly does not mean that you heed their every word. Merlin, Remus, even with Muggle studies they recognize the importance of a consent form and offer compensatory dues. No one's bullied into it.

Isn't the point to rest before you need to?

I suppose I'll just have to admit that I'm horrifically uncreative as far as names go. Left to my own devices the world would as soon be filled with Johns and Susans. Maybe I ought to ask Ginny for help next.

He hasn't bullied anyone Hermione. I trust him to improve my situation. I just do.

Productivity still matters.

Well, your middle name is John.

private || unhackable

What situation, Remus? Because you really think a potion or a pill will curb the root cause of anxiety?

Well, I suppose bullying is moot if one agrees to practically everything that is thrown at him.

John was my father's name.

The root cause is obvious, isn't it?

Snorkack's Sweets. Since everything else is blowing up in my face as of late anyway.

Oh, for the love of-- you're not going to pull that over again?

What I'm saying is that if you refuse to help yourself this potion isn't going to do anything at all!

It's not bad.

Hermione Granger, what do you want from me?

Alliteration. I imagine Luna will be helping at some point or another anyway.

Remus Lupin, that there is the very problem that you have. Everything is about what others want and having absolutely no regard for yourself, being unable to stand on your own, do anything on your own. Everything consists of asking Severus what he wants, or asking me what I want. Even offering to join Harry when you had obligations at home.

And if you run away after my saying this, Remus, I swear to Merlin I'll go mad.

I know exactly what I want; I am not lacking in self-actualization. I want to repay Dumbledore and I want to leave here having enjoyed what experiences I could as safely as I could. If I offer to be by Harry's side it's only because that's what's necessary, given the situation-- look what happened the last time I split off. That Harry's important is tacit and I am not discussing this with you.

But what you want is, more often than not, determined by the wants of others-- Dumbledore being absolutely no exception. I don't care that you've managed to hide it better after our third year than you did once we left Hogwarts, I know a great deal of what's there, I believe what I see.

That Harry's important is obvious, but why?

What I want aligns with Dumbledore's wishes. To trust Severus Snape. To do what the Order needs of me. To eliminate the Death Eaters. To protect Harry Potter, who Voldemort deeply wants, though his designs are unknown to me.

He's Lily and James' son. I won't argue with you.
