I just wanted to thank everyone who spoke with me the other day. Listening to all of you kept me as calm as I needed to be until Ronald came to rescue me from the cold. Oh. It's alright, I tend to snicker at most people anyway. Old habits and all.

Well, it's not really interesting. Lucky enough to pop up here after I died, after all. If there's anything you want to know, most of it is common knowledge thanks to the lovely curses in this place anyway.

What you would prefer me to know out of respect for, who knows, your name, or because you might deserve a bit of it. Not what I would likely find out just from keeping an ear pricked.

The people that matter know my past, how I died the first time around - everything. Because Sirius was going to use my past against me and I told them so he couldn't.

All of it. Being a Death Eater, switching sides in the war only to die right after trying to make things right - funny thing, life.

I'm not going to defend him. Don't expect those words from my mouth. He was as a brother to me, but in the end we parted ways as traitors in the mind of the other.

No one defends Sirius Black, as I've seen.

None of them killed me, but I am dead, yes. They would have killed me, were I still alive. I just ended up with a pleasantly ambiguous demise so no one knew what happened to me.

The second time 'round was hardly so nice.
