I realize we've not had 3' of standing water, but it's exceptionally wet out there at the moment. The storm drains aren't keeping up with the water on the roads. Unfortunately there are some people who don't comprehend what a white-out condition is and that it can happen when there's rain.
The neighbor was keeping TCR awake the other night as he pulled a 24-hour shift working on his roof. He's got a tarp nailed over half of the roof at the moment; we're hoping he's dry.
I had to do some running about this morning and evening for work. I think I'm going to stay inside and dry off. Hopefully I don't need anything tomorrow.
