The post-surgery dog is tired and resting, but he's an eating, drinking and pooping machine again. We're supposed to wet his food (they get dry) before giving it to him. That's not a problem. The dog's hell to give pills to, though. He seems to think you're supposed to chew them (medicines are rather bitter things), so he tries to spit 'em out. Fortunately the vet gave us a liquid antibiotic (I think it has flavoring that masks the taste), but we do still have to give him Pepsid for a week.

TCR is threatening the other dog that she will not get sick like that.
