HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
we went to Ash's late night. had some fun with her, Isaac, and Brit.
got my first midnight New Year's kiss.

got back from Chuck's earlier. omg seriously BEST FOODS EVAR.
i told Chuck and Dad that when i move away, i'm going to fly back on the 31st, go to Chuck's the next day, and then fly back out on the 2nd lol
but seriously...
the food this year was as awesome as ever.
there was:
pulled pork (as usual. delicious. perfect.)
cheese tortellini in a white sauce with chicken and peas. (new. heavy. okay.)
mac n cheese (new. okay. too thick, and this is me we're talking about. not warm enough)
tamale pie (new. omg seriously good. i'm hoping this will be there next year)
jumbalaya (as usual. good, as always. the shrimp was a little tough tho)
meatballs (as usual. YUM. always good.)
baked beans (as usual. didn't have any, but dad said they were good)
Matt said he felt a bit uncomfortable, cuz he didn't really know anyone, but when i pointed out that i didn't really know anyone else either, i think that may have helped.
anyway, everything was good, i ate way too much, so did dad, and i think Matt too, Barbara gave us our yearly bag, and off we went. back here. and here i sit.
off to play more video game with Matteo. ♥
