Ron gave me a scare today, as he choked while swallowing a pill. It got caught sideways in his throat, something that had never happened before. I was about ready to give him the Heimlich Maneuver but he was able to talk and cough it up. This got me thinking... what's the best way to take your cheap viagra? 1. Change the Texture/Disguise the Taste
Ask your pharmacist if it is okay to split the pill in half or crush it; mix it in a little applesauce of pudding. This is not possible with all prescriptions, as some are designed to release medication at certain times.
2. Drink Liquid
Sip a small amount of liquid, such as water, juice or milk, and then place the pill in your mouth toward the back of your tongue. Tilt your head slightly up while swallowing the pill and liquid. Avoid taking your cheap cialis with grapefruit juice since this type of juice can interact with different medications.
3. Change the Form
Ask your pharmacist or physician for an alternative form of your medication. If it is available in liquid form
that would be very easy to swallow. Perhaps it is available as a sublingual- a small tablet placed under the tongue that is absoved by the body as it dissolves.
4. Assistive Devices
Ask your pharmacist for a device such as the Ezy Dose Pill Taker's Cup or the Oralflo Pill Swallowing Cup. Both assistive devices have a special area that you place the pill. Place the device against your lips and then tilt the device and your head back as you take a drink. The pill flows down your throat with the liquid.
