My summer school session started today. Spent way too much time circling around the campus, looking for a place to park so I can go get my parking permit from the parking office and then go park in the parking structure. -_- It's a good thing I got to campus over an hour early.
The professor's fun! She told us about her kids whom she called her "little tax deductions" xD (it's an accounting class). I ended up sitting next to a guy who was reading Deathly Hallows. He in turn turned out to be Russian. Hmm.
There were quite a few foreign exchange students, too. The Professor joked about putting the Germans and an Austrian guy in the same group for a project. I'm still trying to figure out if it's ok that I laughed so much. But it was in good fun. Anyway, she said before 9/11 half the class during summer used to consist of foreign students, but the year after 9/11 there were none. So she's glad it's starting to change again.
