September; hufflepuffs are particularly good finders (or not)

I know it's a long shot but does anyone else remember an article on the internet that came out around when Deathly Hallows did with pictures of people dressed up for the release party in many different countries?

I've combed through my archives and tried google but can't find it :( And of course the longer I can't find it the more I feel the burning need to see it again. Any good finders out there?
