I'm gonna do it.
I'm going to cosplay as my Sith (or rather DARK Jedi) Luniara. I'm already in the works with speaking to people about the tunic and mocked up what I will be needing. A good early start and an easy way to embarrass Bradley at Supercon!
I have the costume design:
All I would really need from a seamstress would be the tunic pieces. Outer tunic (black), inner tunic (charcole brown) and the belt (black/charchole brown). The under armor would be a turtle necked long sleeve leotard I can get off ebay and the gloves I can get off ebay too.
So far, I really love this lady's tunics (on Etsy) and she knew exactly what to use as reference (Anakin's outfit):
The seams have beautiful quality and it just looks "REAL". I'm waiting to hear back from her pretty much in reference to pricing, etc. I have another quote for 60-65 from someone on DA but she has no example and then a guild mate that wants to do it as well.
Anyways, the rest of the shit I'd need:
White curly/long wig (to be dyed to have a black stripe):
Contacts (ouch..will be tough):
and well.... a blue lightsaber that isn't one of those ugly plastic things. I won't pay 90 bucks for a lightsaber I'll tell you that. If do buy the cheap ones I'll go with two sabers (red and black).
