Happy Friday, everyone!
Goodness, it's been a busy week for me, but I feel really good about getting so much accomplished. How has your week been?
This is the first chance I've had to make an entry. So, I neglected to let you all know what I thought of the movie Jason and I went to see last Friday. It was called The Fall. It was beautiful, fun, and very heartwarming.
The little girl they cast as the main role definitely makes the entire movie. She's so adorable and her mannerisms are hilarious.
It was not nearly as dark of a movie as Jason and I thought it was going to be, which was good. We both really enjoyed it and will likely get it on DVD when it comes out.

Tonight, we plan to go to the Alamo Drafthouse to see Kung-Fu Panda!
I'm amazed at how good the reviews are for it. I'm really excited--it should make for a really fun time.
We don't have any plans for this weekend, so I'll probably spend it running errands, cleaning, relaxing, and feeding my Pokémon addiction with more Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time.
Oh, I forgot to mention I bought that!

After reading
ichigogeisha's entries about how much fun she was having with her copy of the game, I decided to give it a try myself. I've always been a big fan of Pokémon games, having lived and breathed Pokémon for 8 years at Nintendo, but I'd never played any of the Mystery Dungeon games before. (Note to
ichigogeisha: I got Skitty as my Pokémon too!
The game said said I have a "Smart Marine Blue" aura though, and I chose Torchic as my partner. I love Torchic!
) It's very different from the regular Pokémon games--it's more of a dungeon crawler than a classic RPG style. It's soooo cute though.
I'm having so much fun with it! Thanks for the recommendation, Janine!

P.S. Happy National Donut Day!
