Shopcollie's (disguised as human) Big Adventure
It looks like I'll be able to keep at least one of my New Year's resolutions! For the past three months, I've been setting aside a small amount every two weeks to fund a trip to Furry Fiesta in Texas next month. My next KRCC paycheck will have a little extra since I worked a double shift today. That will give me the rest of what I need for the registration and room cost.
I'll be able to pay for the airfare with my end-of-month paycheck. American Airlines has direct flights from Colorado Springs to Dallas, so I don't have to deal with connecting flights or one to two-hour layovers in another city.
If all goes well with the job hunt, I should also be able to go to Rocky Mountain Fur Con in Denver. At least I don't have to worry about airfare since it's just an hour's drive.
