Step 2 complete!
I booked my room for Furry Fiesta this morning. Now I'm trying to decide whether to fly or drive down to Dallas/Addison.
Flying would obviously be faster (the flight part, at least.) However, driving down would be less expensive (no airport parking,) the seats would be more comfortable and the food options would be much better. Also, I could pack things like bottled water, soda, etc. in case I get thirsty or need to take my medication. I wouldn't have to worry about baggage handlers damaging anything in my suitcase. In addition, driving would take me through many cities and towns I've never seen before.
