tonight's dinner was pure success. i like to call it farmers' market on a plate.
-buckwheat sprouts
-pea sprouts
-small lettuce
-cucumber
-tomato
-sweet pea pods
-purple scallions
plus homemade seitan and goddess dressing.
YUM.
okay, two things:
1. when i was making the seitan, it was totally like the blob that ate my kitchen, but now i'm eating it, and it's tasty!
2. do you think that eating pea shoots and pea pods in the same salad is sort of the vegan equivalent of not keeping kosher?
