I have come to the conclusion that lace-up thigh high BROWN boots only exist in the $200+ range. Ew. :(

Sparda is shaping up... it looks awesome imo, and the coat is now in one piece (pictures to come... soon)!

Expo is over. So sad! It was a blast, but it's also great to have [this] little girl back.

I just wanted to share [this] cosplay group from Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo. Remember how we said it would be impossible to do? These people are AMAZING!

Melfina [Outlaw Star] Costume (me) 80%:
Cut out the remaining (back) parka/poncho pattern.
Stitch.
Cut and add blue trim. (And pray we bought enough of it...)
Shoulder pieces (blue)- shoulder trim (dark blue/black).
Create metal buttons thingy's. GORILLA GLUE BABY!
Attach metal button thingy's.
Style wig!

So Dan is gone until Friday for his security gig, but while he is away Rick has been working on the Caster for his costume.

Hem tabs for shoulders and attach to jacket and buttons.
Re-stitch left side hem.
