so today i got a call. on my cellphone from the census beauro. yes. they were here at BB (thats the dorm complex where i live people from ohio) and randomly picked me for census info taking. their questions were awful... they were trying to pin down how much edu. childsupport foodstamps etc. minorities have. of course. what else do they waste their

I find it funny (and sad) that our current racial classifications were defined by the Department of the Interior in the 1970s purely for the sake of classification and tracking. I use to put that I was an eskimo on all of those proficiency tests back when. Damn the Man, fight the System!

maybe this is a silly question but how do you not define yourself by race? or at least not be in a category. it's not like religion where you have an opinion about it. it's genetics. maybe i'm just being silly.
