She hadn't meant to find anything for him. In fact, she hadn't even been thinking of Draco Malfoy when it caught her eye.
She had just been sitting on a log, staring at the grass and wondering what it would be like to live underwater, when it popped out at her. It wasn't a different shade of green or bigger or different than any of the other clovers other than the obvious fourth leaf, yet it stood out, clear as day.
A smile slowly spread along her lips and she leaned forward and picked it carefully. Normally she would leave something so special where it belonged, but she had a special plan for this little piece of luck.
It took her less than a day to make it, and the ending result was perfect.
She quickly placed her gift into a blue box and tied a small scroll to it with a red ribbon. Her owl,
Lignum, was off in a flash and she was sure her gift would reach Draco in no time.
The small scroll she attached to the box read:
Draco,
I found this in the woods and thought that perhaps you could get some good use out of it.
