Just dropping in to let you know that, first, I am alive and that second, we have a new video.
Kevin was able to stay in his hotel thanks to the generous donations that many people sent. Between those and his own disablity check, he's hung on until his next court date- this Tuesday.
We're so very greatful to those who called and talked to his adjustor. The insurance company was upset enough to send his lawyers a letter requesting he drop the video, a request we've answered with this. It's going to be a video blog series- the next update will be filmed immediately after we get out of the courthouse.
Spreading this around, increasing the views on you tube, calling the insurance companny will all help us when we go to court on Tuesday. And I doubt that will be the last of the insurance companies' tactics to delay Kevin's settlement- so we're going to keep video blogging and letting you know what is going on with him.
And while donations are accepted and appreciated, this isn't why we're doing this. If you feel moved to donate, the link is there, and Kevin will still turn any donation sent to him around to the LA Mission in your name, but what we really need is for you to spread the word, call the insurance company, watch the video and keep us in your thoughts/prayers/send good energy.
