GOING TO CANADA DAY!
Going to Canda today!
Toronto to be specific.
Staying downtown in 'the Fashion District' teehee. Que fancy.
Although I am kinda "uhhhh" at the moment because I'm not sure how I feel about how my friend and I are splitting the costs - seems like a lot of last-minute add-ons. Not that I'm cheap (okay, I am) but I just like to *plan* and hate finding out about things last minute, ya know?
He's covering the hotel and concert tickets and driving - I'm covering gas, tolls, and food...but food for both of us, which is kind of weird. And all of a sudden the parking charge which is $30/day! Yeah, the hotel is a lot but I'm used to 'couchsurfing' and spending close to nada on accommodations. Sure, a nice hotel will be a cool change but I'm prety low key so it doesn't matter. But gas, tolls, and food for *both* of us is a lot more than I was thinking.
Oh well. It'll be an adventure. My first time in Toronto (and Canada in general) and maybe the start of a relationship....
Anyone have tips on public transportation in Toronto?
