HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!
Just 1/2 more at work and then I'm off to the family gathering with caramel toffee cheesecake in hand.
(The crust has some issues so I'm not thrilled but hopefully it'll still taste good. I improvise directions and it turns out great, I follow directions and it has issues.... I don't get it.)
