I'm full of Bees today
So, today was a good day. I tried to pull an all nighter last night, but ended up napping, still I got some of my stuff done for my portfolio class. I was all worried that I didnt have enough done for my identity (it is due next week). Much to my relief, most the other people in my class are also unsure of how to do their identities. It is a daunting project; to define one's self with a system of visuals, and this is supposed to help us get a job. Ive still got alot of my projects to redo for presentation. I can't believe it's mid semester already. I mean I really cant. It just started!
I'm really enjoying my typography class. I knew I would. I love working with great detail and typography is all about nuance. I'll post my work once it is a bit more complete.
After class, I went out to dinner with Diane Voss (the professor I have been working with) and Rachel (another research assistant of hers) for Diane's birthday. It was fun, we went to Traffic Jam. It was quite good. I do enjoy working with them. It helps that Diane's work (a doctorine on information theory based on visual perception) is so interesting, and it relates to my major. I get to look through her sweet books the whole time. Good fun. I am soo full right now, that I am stuffed to the brim with bees.
