I have a colleague who always complains about her husband. She either complains about the way he does the household chores or just about him in general. She's a nice gal but I just don't understand why she complains about him so much. She says that it's because I'm not married yet so I don't understand and that it's a matter of time before I feel the same and I wonder. She asked if I ever compare SO with others and I said no. In fact, I'm quite happy with SO. I mean we do have arguments and all but I know he is the one for me. In fact I absolutely cannot imagine being with someone else at all. I'm not naive, I know the honeymoon period doesn't last but I find it strange that she complains about her husband all the time. I mean if he has so many faults, why marry him in the first place? Sure, SO has his faults and so do I but we accept them and try to work through them.
So anyway to all those married folks out there, especially those who have been married for long, do you feel the way my colleague does or your sentiments are the same as mine?
