This town is officially getting on my nerves! [munch, munch, munch.] Aside from being here in the first place... Everything that has happened in the past week is driving me up the wall! Why couldn't this town be normal?! [munch, munch, munch.] The only good thing here are these replacement snackoos. [munch, munch, munch.]

Hm... I think after a few more days, I could be able to put everything together about this place. I hope... this is all still strange.

I'm working on understanding this place too. How much information do you have?

So far... [There's the sound of flipping through papers, before Jeff reads aloud.]

"This is Mayfield. A town set in 195X in a place known as 'America'. There are strange occurrences every so often, such as the mess on the houses and this storm. Technology, while not as advanced as it is in 199X, is plenty interesting. Beware of milkmen. Don't break anything." And, "You might be given a job." Does that sound right so far?

Pretty much. But please rewrite the 'strange occurrence' point t: "There are strange occurrences that Mayfield will put people through. If people survive they will be rewarded with one of their possession. Said occurrences may or may not cause death."

Additionally. "People can be punished through brainwashing. Sometimes they are referred to as drones--drones may also be used to describe members who think that they've lived in Mayfield their entire life."

I think that's about it!

Brainwashing. It happens here, apparently. People lose their memories and personalities and act as if Mayfield is the best town on Earth. That's what I've been informed with.

That's a scary thought. Alright, I'll make a note of that.
