[when the Doctor's CAT turns on, he's making faces at himself in what appears to be a full-length mirror, and in the background are several other suits, ties--anything for the modern, well-dressed man, apparently. to his normal pinstripe suit, he's added a dark brown vest and is just adding a pearl tie pin to a

[Visibly pulls herself together.]
A pleasure to meet you again, then, Doctor. [bows] I'm Fuu Hououji, who lives next door to you here, and--
[A lightbulb goes on in her head as she remembers some of the things she wrote.]
And Mister Braxiatel, who said that he's your friend, is here as well. Perhaps he can set you straight.

Anyway, it's a pleasure to meet you, Fuu! Again. I'm terribly sorry, this sort of thing happens to me every now and then. Meeting people in the wrong order.
But Braxiatel is here? Really? I never thought he'd get away from that Collection of his. Where is he?

I'd love to hear about some of those fantastic encounters! The stories of those with experience are very valuable.
[bows] Not to worry! I rather feel like that myself now - meetings out of order, that is.
And yes, he's in Luministi Greens West, Unit B11. I'm sure he'll be pleased to see you. [...She hopes. Who knows what memories those two are in. Either way, it would be better than her trying to explain it. At least the Doctor clearly still knows Mister Braxiatel.]
[ooc-ly points to Brax's thread - he's right there! XD]

But tell me, have you seen a girl named Lucie around? She's blonde, hails from Blackpool, and is oh, I'd say a handful of years older than you.

[Should she mention that he hasn't spoken of a 'Lucie' before? And it was unlikely that the Doctor she'd written about had found the ship either - at least, he'd made no mention of it. Uncertain of what to do, she bows her head.]
I'm sorry, Doctor. But you're right. No doubt Mister Braxial will be able to help you out.

[smiles] No need to apologise. Tell me, are you a native to this town?
Reply
Oh no, Doctor. I'm afraid that I'm not. I'm actually a resident of Tokyo. It's under rather mysterious circumstances that I was unwillingly summoned to become a 'new' resident of Luministi.
Oh! New residents! Of course. [She can be helpful after all! Fuu takes her CAT device out from her small purse and brings up the directory.]
This will give us a list of all the people summoned here. If Miss Lucie is on here, then she is in town.

Would she have received one of these though? [starts poking around it]

[Flipping through the book she starts to explain.]
Yes. Everyone has one, and we can't leave them behind, even if we want to. And we are certainly far from all our homes. We have information claiming that we are on the 'Northren Continent' of 'Sol 3'. My apologies -- 'we' being all the other 'new' residents here.
And as for being summoned, [Fuu places her finger upon a page in the journal] I apologize for using the term, but it seems more natural to me. However, contrary to a usual summons we haven't received any task. You yourself said that it would be better to just simply say we were 'taken ( ... )

But for two months? I've been here for two months? And in this body, I take it? Do you have a description written down in your journal? I'd be a bit shorter with longer hair, lighter eyes, and different Byron-esque outfit with a cravat almost like this one.

[She flips through the journal for a moment before shaking her head.]
I'm sorry, Doctor. My descriptions are fairly vague. Tall, long brown coat, and a tidy suit. Sharp brown eyes. Oh- and white runners. [With the suit, that had been certainly worth noting.]

[In his future? What...? Fuu's trying to keep her mind really open about this. It's hard to understand, but she's trying to make it compute.]
But if I may ask for you to explain a bit more about... what happened to you? Your memories are apparently erased back to when you had a different body, but how can you be the same person? And how can you have lived for centuries? Are you a phoenix in human form?
[Okay, so that sounded a bit-- really-- unlikely, but that was the best guess she could come up with. (And it would be kinda cool if it were true.)]

That's splendid! An alien who can change and keep on living...
If I may, what do you do with such a long life? You said centuries, which is, I'm afraid, rather unimaginable to a human.
[And come to think of it, this would probably make English not his first language. This ...'incarnation?' of the Doctor certainly seems more forthcoming that the one she wrote about.]

But what I do is travel! There's a vast universe out there, you know. Even if I started at one end and tried to reach the other, visiting everything in my path, I'd barely have gone anywhere. There is so much to see and do!
