EVERYONE respond to this, I don't care if we never talk, or if you don't know me (that's even better actually) I need as many opinions as I can and I need them fast

no one can tell you what to do. (I know that's not what you wanted to hear) and I think you'd be foolish to make up your mind based on some livejournal "votes". I know that Eric isn't making near as much as he expected, and things with him are getting tight. The music scene in AZ is near nothing. You probably aren't looking for a retail job, but many are available here. But, like I said, no one can make up your mind for you. I'll miss you like crazy if you go, but I'll know you did it to make your life better, and that's good enough for me.
It's a tough decision. Life changing no matter which path you choose. Comming from someone who has just left everyone and everything behind, it will be hard at first, but I think leaving is your best option financially. You can start your music career in Arizona as much as you can here. It's your decision, of course. But whatever you decide, in the end, it comes down to what's best for you, really. Feelings will be hurt, loved ones will be left behind, but you still need to live, you still need to survive. Don't look at it as being selfish, either. It's a decision between staying and not being financially secure or going, having the money and a new start with your music. You wanted my opinion; I hope this helped at least a little bit.
I can't offer you a stay or go answer. If I gave you an answer, it could only be one thing: uninformed. Though I know of your situation, I know little about your job. I know nothing of how much you are paid, how much you could stand to make, what your living expenses will be in Arizona or even what Eric's financial situation has been since he moved there to work for this company. All I feel I can do is help put things into perspective

That's a really hard choice. But I say go. From what it sounds like, besides that one band, there's not really much of anything out here musically, and how long have you been at it? If nothing opens up in Arizona, it's not like you'll be any worse off. If it IS really bad, you can always stay there for a few months, make some more money, then come back here.
In the end I say go, because you can always come back. If it was me, and I didn't go, as corny as it sounds, I really would drive myself crazy wondering "what if?"
