Quick synopsis
1. Bitmonger and I moved the last remnents of non-furniture stuff, and cleaned up enough so that...
2. The movers could move the furniture this morning. Which they did, quite speedily, and with no complaints, and polite and professional and everything. cappyhead had recommended them to me. Mambo Movers. Still need to organize, clean, sort, order, and re-clean, and I dunno.. just get the place settled, but we've got all the stuff now, so that should get easier.
3. The bad: My heart goes out to Gemini and her family. That's all I'm going to say about that at this time. :(
4. Weirdly, my computer was completely befuddled by something this morning. Phantom key presses were making menus blink uncontrollably, shutdown made difficult by inability to force-shutdown without typing password. Ended up ssh-ing in from another machine to reboot it. And last night, our projector crashed and rebooted spontaneously. There be ghosts in me machinery, I tell ya.
