Dies or Fate Unknown?
Dark Knight Discussion cont. Spoiler alert
So, back when I saw The Dark Knight, I discussed the question of whether Harvery Dent died or not, a question hotly debated by many other moviegoers.
Continuing with my Check Other Sources methodology, I gleefully submit a chunk of The Script, for your perusal:

Dent lies at the bottom of the hole, his neck broken.
DEAD
Dies: 2.5
Alive or Fate Unknown: 1.5
Although, I think the screenwriter's opinion should count for extra. So,
Dies: 102.5
Alive or Fate Unknown: 1.5
