made today:
Parsnip, leek and potato soup, (served with shropshire blue cheese garnish)
Turnip and potato mash with Venison sausages
The soup had a little dried ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon in, but since the parsnips had slightly caramelised, it was slightly sweet. may have to do something to it to address this since there are two pints left.
