お久しぶりキサマ

I have what can be roughly equated to 0% desire to write here. I feel like there is so much going on in my life that deserves to be written about, but I can't find the energy and/or will power to put anything to virtual paper.

Here is an attempt at paraphrasing my life.

It has been snowing a lot recently, and at least a couple of feet fell last night. Pretty to look at, but really annoying to deal with.

I taught at Yashiro elementary (the smallest school that I teach at, with 48 kids in the entire school) today and surprisingly enough the lessons went really well. I guess spending more than 5 minutes planning helps a lot.

I have been feeling really lethargic recently, and I can only put it down to a light chest infection, that just won't go away, and the stress of preparing to move home to NZ. I am looking forward to it, but I know that finding a job, finding a place to live, and re-adjusting to the reverse culture shock will be a lot of work.

I hate this keyboard. It is freakishly sensitive, so I spend half of my time deleting unwanted letters.

My Japanese mum moved home last friday. This is great, because it means that she is a lot better and a lot more comfortable. I think that the horrible japanese hospital food and the extremem bordom were having a negative effect on her.

I am going to Universal Studios next weekend with Megu. I guess this is an attempt at a belated valetines day, since we didn't see eachother on the day or this weekend just gone. Hopefully there won't be too many people there and I won't have to put up with mammoth queues. Gaddamn I hate queueing.

for those of you who don't know, I got the first half of a rather large, and expensive tattoo done at the begining of the month, and you can see it here: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=2203945&id=700815028

Peace out
