That's some good advice right there, ayup, surely is.
Additionally, I'd like to add that admitting things can be useful. Especially if you can start admitting them without loathing or sadness. Sadness = resignation. Anger = want for change.
You know me and my lack of Christianity. I don't think that God wants you to be miserable or that God made you realize this. I don't think God made you do anything, to be perfectly honest. It's all your choices.
And I still think you need counseling. And maybe some volunteer work. Getting out in the community will help-- it's not what you know, it's who you know. Besides, it'll do you some good to be productive. :)
