Trick or Treat!

Lets see... I don't know that a whole lot has really happened since my last update... I went out to Amandas for the weekend. Saturday Morning was Destiny's last soccer game and her best. Saturday night we carved pumpkins! I havent done that in a couple of years and it was great.
On Sunday Amanda and I went out to breakfast and then helped Amandas mother fill the pickup with pumpkins. The rest of Sunday was spent watching movies. Not really eventful but I like it that way most of the time.
One good thing this weekend is that I got to have a nice Computer/Network talk with Amandas father. I actually ended up getting some advice from him on how to recover an unknown password/secret on a Cisco 3500 at work.

Yesterday was a quick paced day at work... Gary and I had to finish the sealing of the water bills... That was a nightmare because the preasure sealer started jamming like crazy and doing all sorts of other fun things! I went shopping at Costco during lunch which was OK... The food there for lunch is cheap but good! After work I rushed home to meet the Tech from the cable comapny who was looking at my internet connection at home. He did a lot more than the last guy and determined that the problem was with the line from the back of the house to the splitter. I'll give it a couple weeks before I know for sure what its going to be like... I did play Half-Life 2 a bit on Deathmatch though last night and didnt lag.

So last night was Halloween and I passed out candy as i have done for the past couple years. When I was at Costco I picked up the full size candy bars so I know I was the popular house... It was fun because Doug and Rachel were there keeping me company. I was really surprised and kind of happy that there were very few older teens out trick or treating. Soon after I turned my front light off for the night Amanda called. She was out of class and said she could come over and see me for an hour! So she came over and was there for closer to 2 hours.
