The beauty of the NZ East Coast. And the sleepy town we're moving to.

I have been busy the past few days. Everything is moving full speed now, and I trying to just roll with it. Can't believe April is coming to an end already!

The moving company came by to survey the flat. They say it's a two day job. *Rolls eyes*. Same as those Polish guys in London. I wanted to say whatevs, dude, my Mexican homies did it in a day with time to spare!! I miss mi gente. The only reason I secretly wanted to end up back in the US was access to all things Latin. No idea if there'll be any Spanish speaking peeps in Gisborne ;_;

I forgot about Labour Day coming up. It's a lot of holidays over here, with Easter just gone, then Labour Day, then Veesak Day (10th). Then Mother's Day. I didn't realise we were flying out on Mother's Day. Sean said the trip to Vietnam was his gift to me *rolls eyes harder*. Whatevs, I shall order champagne or something rather at the airport then!!!

It's exciting. Even though we'll have a bunch of things to do, I guess, it'll start feeling like a holiday this Saturday onward (once Sean is off work officially). Especially once we move into a hotel for the last week. Ahhh. It'll be like when we first arrived, living out of a suitcase, eating at the food courts. Only with a toddler in tow.

Sean's been doing a lit of research on things to do, and places to eat at in Hoi An. Some people have asked me if we won't be bored in the same spot for so long, but it's one of those places where there's loads to explore, and everything is so cheap (even if expensive by Vietnam standards), that why not? Sun, good food, nice people, pretty sights and beaches, how to get bored?

20 days left o_O

P.S. Been listening to Tupac lately. Some of his lyrics, so deep! I've kind of been crushing on him a bit.

P.P.S. Idris Elba. Sweet Jesus. Just caught up on Luther. Why he be so hawt?
