This weekend has been looovely! But much too short! ^^;;; Made gingerbread cookies yesterday before we headed to the Julbord (Christmas buffet) at the restaurant! ( And for once, I have pictures! ^^V )

It seems like this week never enddsssss. I jusy don't know why, other than I yearnnnnnn for Friday evening when I finally take off for Tokyo. And it hasn't been a very wonderful week at work either... :/ Sadface. I've tried to come up with several ways to make a bread as pink as possible while baking at work... a few days ago I managed to get it extremely really really pink; it looked almost as if I'd mashed strawberries in the dough, or something. Though it's only beetroot's. :3
