The last week hasn't been particularly exciting, but it's been nice. Wednesday night Timmy, Pete, Jimmy and I hung around at the warehouse watching the Chaser and swapping music. Thursday night Molly came over and we went to Spoon for dinner, then I rode to the city to meet up with Jamieson and Mikaela. We had a few beers at Rue Babelons and then I rode home. Was cool to catch up. Friday night we had the Renderers, from NZ, playing at Cloud City. It was a small crowd but a nice show. Panel of Judges are a really great band. Pete and I spent a lot of the night sitting in the courtyard stealing wireless, watching the footy score on the AFL site and watching stupid videos. Oh dear. Saturday night I went to Ben Kweller with Scotty. It was a good show, had a bit of fun. The main guy from America came out and they played Sister Golden Hair - crazy. Last night we played at the Peninsula Lounge with My Disco. Lots of our friends and families came and we actually ended up playing to a large number of people (although, out of all my school friends that I messaged about it only Emmy came - I was kinda sad). My Disco were amazing. So great. I drank a lot of shitty VB and it helped me this morning to have a good sleep in.
