I cooked a *really* good dinner night before last. If I do say so myself. :) I thought I'd share the recipe and how I prepared it so all y'all could have yummy-ness, too.
Utensils:
- 13x9 pan with high sides (I use a stone pan from Pampered Chef - stoneware is awesome!!)
- small nonstick pot to cook rice in
