ETA: Ok that is amusing, but I'm so slow at texting, can't imagine I will use it often. Fun to see that it is possible though. Perhaps it would be useful in some emergency I can't forsee--but not likely, I'd say.
Having fun playing with new paid account features. I finally got around to upgrading. Expect at least one fic related poll soon! I'm also trying to go back and comment on lots of fic that I've read and loved. Work has been wearing me out, plus I had the flu for almost a week and that just put me so behind. So, if you get a comment on a post from weeks ago that would be why. The tabs are open on several stories and if I don't get it done before BSG tonight, I'll leave them open this week to catch up.
Thanks, friends list for all the awesome thoughts, meta, fic, and icons you all post! I get so much enjoyment from all of you, even when I am shy and may not say so directly!
I'm so excited for "Malestorm" tonight and, at the same time, dreading it. Please, please let it be a good story turning point. Either way, I at least will get to see Dorothy Lyman as Kara's mother, who I have loved since she was on "All My Children" when I was in early elementary school. She will always be Opal Gardner to me! I think she and Katee will be very cool as a mother-daughter pair. So, at least the casting I know I approve of before seeing it.
More ramblings and polling about fic later on, hopefully. Right now, I think I shall change the look of my journal around since I've got more options. Sadly one of the images on my profile has vanished. Dammit, that will teach me not to load images to my own locations. I need to fix that as well as find some more icons. I'm sure the additional 24 slots will fill up quickly. Any suggestions, gang?
